    Prize:

      •     One winner will receive a payment up to the value of their mortgage for January 2025, capped at £1500.

      •     The draw will take place live on Facebook at 8pm on Monday, 19th January. A live draw video will be posted on instagram after the draw and the winner will be contacted directly using the details provided. If we are unsuccessful in contacting the winner before the 30th January, the draw will carry over until Christmas 2026.

    Competition Terms & Conditions:

         1. The prize is a payment towards the winner’s mortgage up to a maximum of £1500.

         2. To be eligible, entrants must complete all entry requirements:

    a. Like the HFA Mortgage & Protection page on facebook or instagram

    b. Like and share the post on facebook or instagram

    c. Tag a friend in one of competition posts on facebook or instagram before the draw ends.

         3. The competition will start on Sunday 21st December 2025 and run until 4pm on 19th January 2026. The winner will be announced live on Facebook at 8pm, 19th January 2026.

         4. Entrants will have the option to opt in to receive future marketing emails from HFA Mortgage & Protection.

         5. By entering this competition, should you win, you agree to be included in promotional marketing, such as a winners post on Facebook and Instagram, as well as a blog promoting the competition in the future.

    6. This competition is open to the general public and all clients of HFA Mortgage & Protection.

    7. In order to be eligible to win your mortgage payment being made in January 2026, you must have a mortgage. You cannot win if you don’t have a mortgage.

    • If entrants share the competition post on Facebook or Instagram, we will receive notifications of these shares, allowing us to track completed entries. We’ll cross-reference these shares against the form submissions on the website to ensure each entrant has met the requirements for a valid entry. This streamlined process will help us confirm all entrants for the final draw accurately.

    2. Contacting the Winner

    • As part of the entry, participants will provide their full name, email, and phone number. In addition to the Facebook Live announcement, we will reach out directly to the winner by phone. We’ll make multiple attempts to contact them and allow some time beyond the initial draw date if necessary.
